Mr. Oubiri is a seasoned professional who possesses versatile managerial experience with multiple assignments related to Economic Development, Investment Projects, Legal Affairs, and Customer Management, with special focus on International Business Development Strategies, Market Studies & Researches, Company Policies, and Contracts Administration & Processes. He is a philanthropist and Honorary Advisory Board Member at the College of Diplomacy & Security, Emirates American University and Judge at Gulf Awards International in Dubai.

He currently serves as the Business Development Expert & Investment Promotion Director at the RAK Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Legal Translator at the RAK International Reconciliation and Arbitration Center. During recent years, he led major development initiatives with Officials & Governmental bodies, organised and led official and business delegations in country and abroad, and initiated trade and economic missions & investment seminars. He also contributes in Corporate Communication through numerous publications, maintaining close relationships with key economic players, investors and decision makers in the UAE and worldwide.
