Dr Mahir Al Banna is an associate professor of public international law at the American university in the Emirates. He holds the position of chair of scientific research committee at the college of law. His research’s area of interest is : State concept, international organizations, human rights, sovereignty, climate change, terrorism, nuclear energy, and any other topic related to international law and world current affairs.
