Sumi A.M was born and brought up in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala, South India. Currently doing Ph.D. in Management at Institute of Management in Kerala (IMK), University of Kerala. Completed M. Phil in Management (2017) and M.B.A (2015) from the University of Kerala.

A textbook published in Management, “History of Management Thoughts; Text and Cases” in 2019. This book traces the Principles of Management thoughts and their Evolution through history. Around ten articles were published in various reputed Journals and Edited books. More than 15 research papers were presented in national and international seminars. Also, she is interested in learning about countries and their culture, writing books and articles.
